Pat founded the business in 2002 after recognising the need for a personal but professional service to advise tenants and landlords on all aspects of residential property. As a qualified chartered surveyor she has a too long to mention track record of experience in both residential and commercial property throughout Scotland. Today she is still involved in the running of the business striving to ensure that customer service is at the top of the agenda for all and that best practice is promoted in the private residential sector. Away from the business she is actively involved in her local community development trust and enjoys spending time at home with her family and especially her springer spaniels Rosie, Harris and Isla.
